Camping Checklist – Don’t Forget To Take Your Essentials!

Camping is one of the best ways to get out and about in the outdoors, whether you are on a solo adventure or spending time with family and friends.

There are lots of popular places to camp around the US, UK and the rest of the world. National parks, private campsites, wild camping, and even in your backyard.

Depending on where you are going, you will have to alter the camping checklist to suit your needs. For example, if you are going to a campsite with fire-pits and camping tables already set up, you wont need to take them with you.

One of the biggest benefits of camping in the outdoors, is how little the amount of gear is needed to live comfortably and have fun. If you are a beginner it’s likely you’ll take a lot of stuff with you, but as you get more experienced and learn to use only what you need, you’ll start to reduce your list to suit your needs.

While you are packing all of your gear, use this handy camping checklist to ensure you don’t forget anything important! You won’t need every item on the list for your situation, but it should give you a good idea of what to take.
